PURPOSE:To ensure the even exchange service to all subscribers by securing limitation for the amount of the variation information given from the same subscriber line within the queuing which buffs the state variation of the subscriber line. CONSTITUTION:The subscriber line state scanned periodically is applied to state variation detection circuit CDL via present cycle scan result memory PL. The CDL, if no inhibition indication is given from subscriber line variation detection control circuit ARTH, compares the subscriber line states given via preceding cycle scan result memory LL and PL, and stores the state variation information into queuing QUE and ARTH in case the state variation is detected on the subscriber line. The ARTH adds the amount of the state variation information within the queuing to the subscriber line and then gives the variation detection inhibit indication to the subscriber line when the amount of the variation information exceeds the fixed level. |
