PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption as well as the oscillation threshold voltage by providing the circuit featuring the effect equal to the increased value of the resistance constituting the crystal oscillation circuit of the electronic watch and also facilitating an easy matching to the transition level of the complementary circuit. CONSTITUTION:The oscillation circuit consists of main oscillation circuit A, output amplifier circuit B and bias circuit C. In such constitution, N-channel IGFET6, P-channel IGEFT7 and 8, crystal oscillator X plus capacity CD and CG are provided to circuit A. While N-channel IGFET10, P-channel IGFET12 plus capacity CP and CN are provided to circuit B. Furthermore, P-channel IGFET4 and 11 plus N- channel IGFET5 and 9 are provided to circuit C respectively. Thus the gate potential when viewed from the source of FET within circuits A, B and C toward the drain is set to the value which operates near the threshold level. As a result, the power consumption can be reduced, at the same time ensuring a complete matching for the logic level. |
