<p>The coupling is for connecting a hose or pipe to a pressure vessel. It comprises a first member (6) fixed to the hose and carrying a rotatable securing element (10) and a second member (1) contg. a shut-off valve (3). The element is a rotatable cap having an internal projection (15) capable of engaging an external recess (16) in the second member. The recess is V-shaped so that to connect or disconnect the coupling, the cap has to be rotated first in one and then the opposite direction.</p> |
