The laundry rack consists of a collapsible stand part (1) and of a rack part (2). The rack part is formed from two grid-like halves (20) which are connected to one another by means of a pivot pin (21). As a result of specially designed points which have both a bearing in the form of a closed lug and a bearing in the form of an open lug, the rack part (2) can be removed from the stand part (1). <IMAGE>
