PURPOSE:The above mentioned apparatus, making wiping useless or a small quantity and also, giving a uniform plated steel plate, by applying ultrasonic waves vibration supplying molten plating metal from the end of tip through supply nozzle provided on ultrasonic wave vibration tip, and plating on the surface of the steel plate. CONSTITUTION:Belt-shaped steel plate 1 is continuously carried in the plating room 3 kept at nonoxidizing atmosphere by N2 and H2 gas. The vibration face 6 equipped at the end of the ultrasonic vibration tip 5 provided neighboring the face of the plate 1 advancing upward, is faced against the face of the plate 1 at a short distance and the other end is connected with the ultrasonic vibrator 7. Molten plating metal is taken out from the lower part of the metal vessel 11 so as not to contain dross and is supplied to the face 6 through the molten plating metal supply nozzle 8 and then, is supplied to the plate 1 applying the ultrasoic vibration. Supply quantity of plating metal controlling the level difference of the bath face 12 and the nozzle 8, is made the same to plating thickness or a litter larger quantity and wiping is made useless or a small amount. |
