PURPOSE:To eliminate the occurrence of any clearance among laminated surfaces, by laminating tapelike plate materials in the proper number of sheets, to which an adhesive agent is applied, in regular sequence with them dislocated in a longitudinal direction, while interposing each covering plate material between both upper and lower surfaces of each of these laminated plate materials, and rolling them on with a drum. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive agent is preapplied to seven sheets of tapelike plate materials 11 being almost equal length each, while these tapelike plate materials 11 are laminated in regular sequence in a longitudinal direction at regular intervals. The plate materials 11 are rolled on a drum 31 so as to cause each laminated surface to come to the inner part, and at this time, covering materials 13 and 14 are inserted into both upper and lower surfaces so as to cover each end side of these plate materials 11. In addition, the plate material 11 and these covering materials 13 and 14 are rolled on the drum, while they are forcibly pressed by rollers 32. After winding is over, the circumference of the covering material 13 is clamped by a clamping device. Under this condition, the plate material 11 and these covering materials 13 and 14 are heated for 1hr at a temperature of 100 deg.C. After the adhesive agent is hardened, when a temperature drop takes place, a ring-shaped frame is completed. |
