PURPOSE:To obtain frozen and cooked rice at a low cost without deteriorating taste by forming recessed parts in a continuously delivered film by a squeezer, uniformly filling cooked rice in the above-mentioned recessed parts, covering and hermetically sealing the cooked rice in the afore-mentioned recessed parts, cutting the hermetically sealed parts to a desired width and freezing the sealed cooked rice. CONSTITUTION:One or many recessed parts are formed in a film continuously delivered from a delivering machine and cooked rice is then uniformly filled in the afore-mentioned recessed parts with a filling machine, covered and hermetically sealed with a synthetic resin sheet delivered from a delivering machine arranged above, cut to a desired width by a cutter and then frozen to afford the aimed frozen and cooked rice. |
