PURPOSE:To improve an accuracy for extracting the characteristic of a feature by providing a position approaching processing part and a feature position processing part, connecting respective parts and respective sensors to an information processing part, deciding and processing an optimum feature photographing position. CONSTITUTION:When an object person approaches to a photographing position, a traveling sensor 3 operates to grasp an approaching state by a position approaching processing part 4 in a time and space and the approaching state is stored in a memory. At the time of coming to the optimum photographing position 2, an optimum signal is generated and at that time, the state of the three dimensional space of the feature is grasped in a feature position processing part 6 by a sensor 5 for the feature. According to the information processing function of the respective parts, the information is processed, collected to a photographing position decision processing part 7 to decide the optimum photographing position and the device enters the photographing operation by receiving the information. Thereby, the feature extracting accuracy of the feature is improved. |
