PURPOSE:To eliminate temperature gradient of a molded product at the releasing time and prevent the molded product from being electrified by providing a heater for heating compressed air in an injection molding device to release the molded product by means of compressed air. CONSTITUTION:A heated and fluidized molding material in a heating cylinder 40 is injected into a cavity 38 through a sprue 14, and the molding material is cooled and solidified by molds 10 and 12 to turn into a CD base. When the molding material is solidified, a punch 70 is driven to punch the central section of the CD base, and compressed air 24 is fed to an air passage 74 of the mold 12 in the fixed side to carry out releasing of the mold 12 and the CD base. The compressed air 24 is heated up to almost the same temperature as the mold 12 in a heater 50, ionized in an ionizing section 58, and provided with electrical charge opposite to the electrical charge electrified on the CD base. When the release on the mold 12 side is carried out, the mold 10 on the movable side is moved backward by a clamping cylinder 30, and synchronously with the backward movement of the mold 10, heating is effected in a heater 48, while ionized compressed air 24 in an ionizing section 56 is blown out of an air passage 68 to release the mold 10 and the CD base. |
