<p>PURPOSE:To supply a necessary amount of service oil without hunting despite of load fluctuation, by fitting pressure compensating circuits on both sides of meter-in and meter-out. CONSTITUTION:A flow control valve is equipped with a main service oil supply system which connects a hydraulic pump 1 through a driven device 2 and counterbalancing valve 3 to a tank 4 and also with a bypass system which connects the pump 1 through a main relief valve 5 to the tank 4. A variable flow throttling unit 6 is fitted between the pump 1 and the driven device 2 and another variable flow throttling unit 7 between the counterbalancing valve 3 and the tank 4, both units being interlocked to function as pressure compensating systems for meter-in and meter-out sides, which can minimize hunting of the valve system.</p> |
