PURPOSE:To automatically correct the difference of extent of movement due to the variance of driving relays, an actuator, and an object to be positioned by detecting the extent of movement of the object when the actuator drives the object for a prescribed time at the inching time and correcting the driving time of the actuator based on this detected value. CONSTITUTION:When the positioning operation is started and the inching operation is started after the near point positioning operation, an actual extent of movement obtained by switching at the turn-on time of solid-state relays 3 and 4 which is stored in a storage part 10 is stored in the storage part 10. An average value of the extent of movement obtained by each inching and is compared with a set value stored in the storage part 10, and the turn-on time of relays 3 and 4 is so written that this time is extended if the average value is smaller than the set value and the time is shortened if the average value is larger.
