Ski binding release mechanism - has sliding device mounted on base plate and with height adaptor between binding and base plate

The ski binding includes a sliding device mounted on a common base plate fixed to the ski. A height adaptor (7) is positioned between the release ski binding (5) and the base plate (3) which is both screwed to the ski binding (5) as well as being held by its shape on the base plate. The height adaptor has a profile reducing in size upwards which corresponds with a corresponding profile (4) of the base plate (3) to act in a ski vertical direction. The height adaptor is fixed in position on the base plate by a stay or by clamping elements (9) and is made from either metal or plastics material.
