<p>Epoxide/hardener mix is prepared for moulding into dowel pins and injected into the dowel holes. The hardener is placed in a sealed resistant but mechanically disintegrating bag for transport and storage, the epoxide resin is placed in a sealed container and attached to the bag, the bag is broken up mechanically in the container to mix the materials, and the mix is injected into the dowel holes after removing residual particles of the bag. The correct resin/hardener ratio is always maintained, the materials is properly mixed for use at site, mix has consistent colour.</p> |
