PURPOSE:To provide an electric range, wherein a cooking program is recorded as a coded information, a weight information of food which will be actually cooked is inputted to correct the cooking program with regard to the weight, and cooking suitable for the weight is automatically carried out. CONSTITUTION:A card reader 10 reads out the coded information of cooking information from a program card to input it into a control unit 37 through a decoder 36. The weight correction data and function data are inputted from a key board 23. The control unit 37 corrects the cooking program by the weight correction factor inputted from the key board 23 to operate relays 34, 24 and to carry out cooking suitable for the weight of the food. |
