The product store avoids the torsion of the semi-finished products, and contains two drums, of different diameter, with parallel axes, on a base. The facing base surfaces of these drums are at right angles to the drum axis. The store contains a guide for the product, during the winding off the large drum onto the small drum. For this winding procedure, the drums are eccentrically positioned, with a relative staggering of their axes, which is that same as half the difference between the diameters of the facing base surfaces. The drum with the smaller diameter may be displaced in both directions about the axis of the larger drum.
