MULTIPLANE EXPOSING METHOD FOR PLATE MAKING COPYING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To perform multiplane exposure correctly and adjacently without forming any double exposed part on a photosensitive material by providing an image formation optical system which runs between an original setting surface and a photosensitive material setting surface arranged in parallel. CONSTITUTION:An original rack 31 and a transparent plate 32 have the original setting surface and photosensitive material setting surface 2 in parallel to each other, and the scanning image formation optical system 4 is provided between both setting surfaces 1 and 2 so that it can run along both surfaces. Rolled master paper which in not exposed is fed onto the photosensitive material setting surface 2 by feeding device 7 and the optical system 4 is run to expose the master paper 6 to the image of an original picture 30; and this operation is repeated plural times to perform the multiplane exposure. The driving device 5 of the optical system 4 drives the optical system 4 by necessary distance from the origin position P0 of the original picture 30 according to the size of the picture on the basis of a position signal from a pulse encoder 38. The feeding device 7 for the master paper 6 feeds the master paper 6 by necessary length associatively with the forward movement of the optical system driving device 5.
