PURPOSE:To eliminate fault due to winding and withdrawal of guide rope, by arranging a pair of guide members in such a manner that the ends of the guide members are secured independently of a bobbin while the free ends of the guide members make sliding contacts with the bobbin at portions of the latter symmetrical with respect to a point. CONSTITUTION:The apparatus is constituted by a bobbin 5 disposed at the mid portion of a shuttle 4 and adapted to be rotated by a distance corresponding to the diameter of a wire 2 supplied by the shuttle, in response to one rotation of the shuttle; a pair of guide members secured at their base ends to a part outside the bobbin and making sliding contact at their free ends with the both end portions of the bobbin at points symmetrical with respect to a point; and a solvent discharging nozzle 21 for bonding the wire supplied obliquely from the upper sides guided by the guide members 16, 17 to the wire wound round the bobbin. Since the guide members are supported at their base ends independently of the bobbin with their free ends in sliding contact with the both end portions of the bobbin symmetrical with respect to a point, the guide members for forming the coil end is withdrawn from the coil end as the bobbin rotates, and the wire is fixed and bonded in the course of the winding. Therefore, the undesirable expansion of the coil at its mid portion due to involvement of the guide ropes 8, 9 is reduced and the fault attributable to the withdrawal of the guide rope is eliminated. |
