PURPOSE:The title ink having improved printability, quick curability, resistance to plating after curing, with solder heat resistance, comprising an epoxy resin consisting of a specific amount of an epoxy resin which is a solid at normal temperature and an epoxy resin which is a liquid at normal temperature as a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:An ink comprising (A) an epoxy resin consisting of (a) 25- 65wt.% of an epoxy resin, e.g. Epikote 1001, Shell Chemical Co., which is a solid at normal temperature, and (b) 75-35wt.% of an epoxy resin, e.g. Epikote 828, which is a liquid at normal temperature, as an ink vehicle, preferably consisting of 45wt.% or more of the epoxy resin and 55wt.% or less of an epoxy reactive diluent. |
