PURPOSE:To make the promotion of elimination or reduction of labor, with a length of time shortened required for processing and for arrangement works, by rotatably installing an electrode support arm to the fixed shaft and by providing a drive device for rotating said arm around the shaft. CONSTITUTION:At both ends of a casing 1 (object to be processed), with a preliminary construction of many circular are shape grooves made by the method of casting around one rotary shaft (corresponding to a rotary shaft of the rotor), is placed a support base 7, with a fixed shaft 6 made positioning on the casing. With an electrode 19 arranged in place on the fixed shaft 6 at the same interval apart as a pitch of the groove, the rotating center of the electrode 19 is made coinciding with the center of curvature of the groove. With a processing liquid jetted from injection hole of the electrode 19, to make an electric conduction in the electrode, a positive feed rocking motion is applied to the electrode. The action of this discharge and the processing liquid melts a required place for processing in the casing 1, and a repetition of rotating movement and discharge phenomenon processes many works at the same time of the curved surface grooves transcribed to the casing 1. |
