PURPOSE:To remove the dust stuck to the magnetic gap area by plugging the through-hole drilled to the plate opposing to the magnetic gap, pouring the liquid into the bottom part of the frame as well as to the magnetic circuit and then drawing off the liquid by pulling out the plug of the hole. CONSTITUTION:Through-hole 13 is drilled previously to plate 2 opposing to magnetic gap 11 of magnetic circuit 5, and then diaphragm 8, voice coil 10 and others are attached to assemble a speaker. After this, hole 13 is blocked with plug 14, and then liquid 15 such as the alcohol, the mineral oil or the like is poured into the inner space of circuit 5, gap 11, the bottom area of frame 6 each. Then plug 14 is pulled out to flush out liquid 15 through hole 13 and via the pump or the like. Thus the dust or the iron filings, etc. stuck to gap 11 can be removed by liquid 15 with elimination of the gap rubbing caused by the dust or other foreign matters, thus obtaining excellent merits in terms of the quality and productivity. |
