PURPOSE:To eliminate the bridging phenomenon of developer and achieve prevention of clogging with a simple construction by providing a needle form vibrating member which vibrates the developer deposited in a holding part within the holding part divergently opening upward. CONSTITUTION:A scraper plate 13 which is contacted to a developer roller 12 at its one end and scrapes off developer 10 from its surface is provided and further a sensor 14 is mounted to the lower edge of this scraper plate 13. A spring 15 being a vibrating member formed by non-magnetic material is provided approximately perpendicularly in a holding part 2 with its one end being fixed to a part of the scraper plate 13. The top end side of this spring 15 is slightly protruded from the scraper plate 13 and the bottom end side is formed with a linear needle form part 16. The distance l between the bottom end of this needle form part 16 and the top end of the orifice part 1 is made, e.g., about 3 to 10mm. Thereby, clogging may be prevented by the simple construction. |
