PURPOSE: To prevent the breakdown by the static electricity during the carrying or conveying by short-circuiting an electronic parts packaging card or all connection terminals of a substrate, and providing the connection terminals with the same electric potential relating to each other. CONSTITUTION: When an electronic parts packaging card is carried or conveyed, the electronic parts 2 are packaged on a flexible substrate 6, and the connection terminals 3a-h for connecting the electronic parts 2 and an external device are connected by a conductor 7. The short-circuit terminals 4a-h are conducted through the connection terminals 3a-h and a through hole of the flexible substrate 6. The short-circuit terminals 4a-h are short-circuited by the action of a plate spring 5. When the electronic parts packaging card is incorporated in an external electronic processing device 8, the short-circuit terminals 4a-h of the card 1, attract the plate spring 5 in the electronic parts packaging card 1 by ON of an electromagnet 18, and the plate spring 5 is separated from the short-circuit terminals 4a-h, whereby the short-circuit terminals 4a-h are respectively short-circuited, and the connection terminals 3a-h which are conducted through the short-circuit terminals 4a-h and the through hole of the flexible substrate 6, are isolated. |
