PURPOSE:To widen application of this kind of device by displaying various information on a sheet-shaped or plate-shaped information recording medium through eye confirmation and by making it possible to read slectively only desired information over a confirmative view of them. CONSTITUTION:On sheet-shaped or plate-shaped member 3 easy or hard to pass a read beam through, the pieces of inputted information 4 to 6 are recorded at a part which has the uniform or same property as member 3 against the read beam and can be discriminated by the naked eye, and input information 7 is also recorded at a part which has the contrary property to the member and can be discriminated by the naked eye. The reverse surface of this information recording medium 8 is irradiated with the read beam, and on the surface of medium 8, optical read method 10 which detects the reflected beam and beam reflecting surface 11 are provided. Each information recorded on medium 8 is seen through half mirror 12 from the side opposite to read method 10. |
