<p>The collapsible assembly is for the construction of units of furniture in houses, shops, offices etc. It comprises a number of slats of the same square section intersecting to form the body or structure of the unit. The slats can extend in the vertical and two horizontal directions, the distance between slats running in the same direction being exactly the same as their cross-section. The spacing is determined by the insertion of other slats between and at right angles to these slats.</p> |
