发明名称 QUALITY DECIDING METHOD FOR WATER DREG
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent the trouble caused by the solidification of the water dregs and the like by giving the thermogravimetric measurement to the water dregs sample and then deciding the deterioration with age of the water dregs based on the rate of the thermogravimetric reduction. CONSTITUTION:The water dregs particle is vacuum-dried and then soaked into benzer with grinding to be used for the thermogravimetric measurement. And the reduction occurs at 650-680 deg.C of the room temperature is defined as TG reduction -A. For the water dregs which is stored in the open air at the yard with the grain size control given to the fineness modulus of 2.2, the hydrate on the surface of the water dregs particle and the solidification state of the water dregs hill are observed via the thermogravimetric measurement and the scan-type electronic microscope. Thus a clear relationship can be found between the water dregs and TG reduction -A. When -A value is small, no hydrate is found with the weak solidification state; while the coverage by the hydrate occurs with intensified solidification when the value of -A becomes high. At the same time, the relationship between -A and the achievement rate important as the aggregate solid state value lowers with increment of -A. In this connection, the quality of the water dregs can be decided by measuring the value of -A.</p>
