<p>PURPOSE:To enable the commodity value of a glass bottle to be enhanced by coating flaws due to scratching and striking on the bottle surface with a mixt. of polyol, paraffinic wax and paraffin oil not to make the flaws prominent. CONSTITUTION:Flaws due to scratching and striking on the surface of a glass bottole are coated with a mixt. of above 45 deg.C consisting of 10-40% of polyol and 5-30% of paraffinic wax and paraffin oil. Since this mixt. is insol. in cold water, the coating is not exfoliated when used under normal conditions. Because of the low toxicity and superior biodegradability, the coating is harmless to the human body.</p> |
