PURPOSE:To make it possible to use effectively a battery by applying either battery voltage to a reception part in the operation of the reception part, by applying both battery voltages to a transmission part in transmission, and by charging both batteries by an appropriate voltage. CONSTITUTION:With no external power supply connected, a voltage developed across the 1st battery B1 and 2nd battery B2 series connected at the 1st or 2nd switchover position is supplied to transmission part T when transmission-reception change-over switch S4 is connected to transmission part T. When switch S4 is switched to the reception part R side, either battery voltage of the 1st battery B1 or 2nd battery B2 is applied to reception part R at the 1st or 2nd switchover position. With an external power supply connected, the 1st battery B1 and 2nd battery B2 are connected in series at the 1st or 2nd switchover position to be charged by an adequate voltage from the external power supply. Consequently, batteries can be used effectively. |
