A tubular wire guiding channel (4) is inside the case (1-3), central at the back end (2) and eccentrical at the front end (3), near the centering hole (5). The case can be in the form of a thin-walled tube with closing stops (2, 3) at both ends. These stops (2, 3) are provided with the outlets (6, 7, 13) for the wire guide (4) and the central bore (5).
