APPLICATION OF AN AQUEOUS DISPERSION OF POLYBUTADIENE WITH A VIEW TO FORMING AN INTERMEDIATE LAYER CONFERING THE ADHESION DURING THE PREPARATION OF POLYAMIDIC COATING ACCORDING TO THE SOCALLED COATING BY FUSION PROCESS

In the processes allowing to coat metal objects with polyamide coatings by the so-called fusion method an aqueous dispersion of polybutadiene is used according to the invention as an intermediate layer conferring the adhesion. This dispersion contains on one hand liquid polybutadiene having a dynamic viscosity of 70 to 30.000 m Pa s; the polybutadiene having the following ratios with regards to the repetitive units: 40 to 95% of cis-1.4 units and 0 to 30% of trans-1.4 units, as well as 1 to 60% of 1.2 units; on the other hand the dispersion contains 0.5 to 10% by weight (added to the polybutadiene) of an emulsifier.
