<p>Dough mouldings are sprinkled with poppy seeds, salt, sesame or caraway seed by lifting the inverted mouldings up from a sponge substrate by a head with suction cups. The head with them is dipped into the sprinkling material and then released on to an intermediate tin. The latter is inverted to deposit the mouldings on a baking tin. This replaces these labour-intensive operations by simple appts., requiring little manual manipulation.</p> |
