<p>PURPOSE:To realize linearity with a noise removed by bearing fixed relation by connecting one terminal of opposite-directional diodes to the connection point of the 2nd and 3rd resistances and by applying a voltage, nearly balancing with a voltage supplied to the connection point, to the other terminal. CONSTITUTION:The emitter of transistor Tr5 supplied with an input signal at its base is grounded via resistance 11, its collector is connected to power terminal 7 via the series circuit of resistances 13 and 14, and the connection point of the collector and resistance 13 is grounded via the series circuit of diode 15, the constant current supply and resistance 16. To the connection point of resistances 13 and 19, one terminal of the parallel circuit of diodes 22 and 23 connected in mutually- opposite directions is connected and its other terminal is applied with a voltage nearly balancing with a voltage developed at the connection point resistances 13 and 19. Here, when the value of resistance 13, that of resistance 19, the voltage at the time of the conduction of diodes, and the current of the constant-current supply are denoted by R1, R2, VD and I2 respectively, the noises are removed by bearing the relation of VD=I2(R1+R2), thereby obtaining linearity.</p> |
