PURPOSE:To provide a resin spring unit, whose spring portion, spring fixing element and spring pushing portion are made unitary with resin, so that time required for machining and assembling the spring unit can be reduced to a great extent. CONSTITUTION:Flange 3 of resin is fitted in a hole 2 formed in metal plate 1, and a strip-like spring member 4 is formed integrally with said flange 3. At the top of said spring member 4, there is provided a spring pushing member 5 of rigid material having such a high secondary bending moment of area that it is not subjected to substantial deformation. Thus, by forming the base portion (flange 3), spring member 4 and pushing member 5 of the spring unit unitary with resin, time required for machining and assembling can be reduced considerably so that producitivity is improved to a great extent. |
