The ballpoint pen has at least one refill inside a partly hollow shaft used as a handle. In the interior chamber there are support elements for a stamp and stamp pad which almost adjoint when in their rest position. The stamp and stamp pad can be partially moved out of the interior chamber and can then be swivelled from their rest position at right angles into an operating position where they are held by pressure exerting elements. The support elements (5, 6) are held in their rest position by a turntable locking ring (19), which in locked position projects into the swivel path of the support elements and which may be released by the latter after turning of the locking ring.
