PURPOSE:Shiitake mushroom is processed specifically, thus producing seasoned shiitake mushroom capable of being stored for long periods of time. CONSTITUTION:Shiitake mushroom, whether raw or dried, is immersed in a diluted hydrogen peroxide solution (diluted with water 100 times the amount of the hydrogen oxide) for about 30 min and then boiled with seasoning agent consisting of soy, sugar and sweet sake and concentrated. Wherein the hydrogen peroxide is evaporated up completely and then dried. |
