PURPOSE:To detect temperature with high reliability wouthout being affected by diode dispersion, by impressing a different forward voltage on a diode and obtaining a current difference corresponding to the temperature output by the diode. CONSTITUTION:Semiconductor switch 6 is switched by oscillator 4, and a different forward voltage is impressed on diode D1, which produces a current linearly proportional to the temperature via parallel resistors R3 and R4; and diode D1 produces a different current proportional to the temperature. By this, a current difference proportional to the absolute temperature is detected from AC amplifier circuit 7. Thus, temperature is detected with high reliability by using a single diode, without being affected by diode dispersion or temperature drift. |
