The determining device consists of the combination of a flask 6 or similar, intended to receive a sample of the product to be analysed, equipped with a hollow stopper 7 whose base consists of a screen 1 of an appropriate mesh opening; of a vacuum flask 8 whose opening has the same diameter as the flask 6 or similar; and means associated with the vacuum flask 8, capable of creating a slight pressure in the latter.
