<p>PURPOSE:To perform continuously desulfurization and desalination by making deodorization reaction while suppressing the evaporation of deodorizing liquor by passing waste gas through the fume of deodorizing liquor after the waste gas's temperature is lowered for raising the efficiency of washing. CONSTITUTION:The vertical casing 1 is provided with the waste gas inlet 2 in its lower half portion below which the washing liquor circulating tank 3 is provided. Clean gas treated is released from the outlet 36 to the air. The high temperature waste gas from the waste gas inlet 2 is rectified at the tray 13 and then passed through the finned tube condenser 14 wetted with a washing liquor from the water sprinkler tube 11, where the waste gas is brought into contact with the washing liquor for alkaline washing and temperature lowering. The cooled waste gas, when passing through the duct 18, is brought into contact with the deodorizing liquor from the nozzle 19 to under go reaction while mixing with each other in the atomized state. Also, the waste gas enters into the filler 32 at uniform speed at each portion of the horizontal section of the casing 1 and then contacts with the deodorizing liquor adhered to the surface of path for the deodorizing liquor from the water sprinkler tube 33 and the filler 32 to react with it for deodorization. And, it passes through the eliminator 34 and the clean gas so treated flows out of the outlet 36.</p> |
