PURPOSE:To isolate dispersoid from dispersion medium by using urea by dispersing liquid droplets with nonionic emulsifier by the addition of a low molecular organic acid as an assistant in order to cover the liquid droplets with a thin film. CONSTITUTION:A water-containing solvent and a solvent insoluble in the water -containing solvent are prepared, and a nonionic emulsifier of polyvinyl alcohol, polysaccharide, etc., is added to one or both of the solvents so prepared to form fine liquid droplets by mixing and dispersing them. Then, 1 to 25% an organic acid, e.g., an aliphatic carboxylic acid, an aromatic carboxylic acid, a multivalent carboxylic acid, etc., is added to the dispersoid and then 10 to 20% a film-forming agent of urea, formaldehyde, etc., is added to the dispersion system on the basis of the dispersoid. |
