PURPOSE:To simplfy the operation of a seat belt by dragging it out of the back seat and circling an upper half body nearly at the central height of the sides of the back seat so that the seat belt can be operated easily. CONSTITUTION:One end of a belt 3 is fixed to the scroll fitted in a box 6 which has its mouth nearly at the central height of one side of a back seat and winding force is given to the scroll by a spring force. Nearly at the central height of the opposite side of the back seat 2 to the box 6 is provided a buckle 5 convenient for getting a plug 4 in and out. Any body, keeping his upper half body to the back seat 2, takes the belt out of the box 6 with his one hand, inserts the front end of the plug 4 into the buckle 5 and holds his chest or the neighborhood to the back seat 2. |
