<p>PURPOSE:To liquefy and recover in the form of vapor liquid components present in paint and vanish waste by powdering solid paint and vanish waste and heating the powders with heat of steam. CONSTITUTION:Solid paint and vanish waste drawn out in the gummy or bulky form is transported by means of a conveyer 1, and a batch to be treated is placed in a disposal tank 2. After the disposal tank 2 is closed, the tank 2 is heated to from 100 to 200 deg.C by means of heat of steam, and a pulverizer 3 is rotated at a peripheral velocity of at least 10 m/sec. to finely pulverize said paint and vanish waste W. The vapor of liquid components which are distilled and separated from the solid paint and vanish waste, is removed from the disposal tank 2 and liquefied and recovered by means of a condenser 7. It becomes possible to liquefy and recover most of liquid components present in the waste by powdering paint and vanish waste and heating the powders with heat of steam.</p> |
