PURPOSE:To improve the antileakage property by insulating between a negative electrode terminal bottom plate and a metal washer or insulating between the metal washer and a nylon sealing body. CONSTITUTION:By coating a metal washer 8 with an insulating coating membrane 13, no liquid leakage is generated even though a cell is stored under a high humidity ambiance and the moisture in the external air reaches the clearance 12 between a resin sealing body 10 and the metal washer 8 passing through gas release holes 7 and 9, since the contact surface between a negative electrode terminal bottom plate 6 and the metal washer 8 is insulated electrically. By insulating between the negative electrode terminal bottom plate 6 and the metal washer 8, between the metal washer 8 and the nylon sealing body 10, or between the nylon sealing body 10 and the electrolyte in such a way, a liquid leakage phenomenon of the cell in the storing of the alkaline dry cell under a high humidity ambiance can be prevented. |
