发明名称 NONDIRECTIONAL MAGNETIC STEEL PLATE OF LOW WATT LOSS
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide steel plate of low watt loss, by use of CaO, CaF2 system flux in the steel making step of manufacturing process for nondirectional magnetic steel plate so as to convert Al2O3, AlN etc. which disturbs crystal growth, to spheroidal composite inclusions. CONSTITUTION:A steel contg. <=0.005 % C, 1.5-4.0 % Si, <=2.5 % sol. Al is cast into steel ingot for nondirectional magnetic steel plate. In melting and ingot casting of the steel, a flux contg. CaO, CaF2 as principal components is used as a refining flux. Magnetic steel plate made from the ingot is cold rolled, and annealed to grow crystal grains to produce magnetic steel plate of low watt loss. Hence Al2O3 and AlN preventing the growth of crystal grains are combined with (Ca. Mn)S to form a spheroidal composite inclusions which are contained in an amount not less than 20 %. Hereby, nondirectional magnetic plate of low watt loss is easily manufactured.
