<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the use for a long term especially in a swash plate compressor for a car cooler even if oil is not sufficiently supplied in the sliding part between a swash plate and a shoe by adopting the shoe made specific Cu-alloy with high thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION:A swash plate compressor is provided with a swash plate 5 to be rotated by a shaft 4 in a cylinder block 1 and a piston 3 fitted to this swash plate 5 with a shoe 6 between, and the piston 3 is reciprocated in a cylinder bore 2 according to the rotation of the swash plate 5. Here, the shoe 6 is made by the use of Cu- alloy containing mainly Cu, 1-8% of Mn and 0.1-4% of Si on the basis of weight, and Sn in less than 5%. In this composition, depositions are formed in the Cu mother-materials by the compound of Mn and Si, and Cu can be efficiently strengthened and promoted in the anti-abrasion capacity.</p> |
