The clamp may be formed of polystyrene, vinyl, polyvinyl chloride, nylon, rubbers or butadienes and have a flat outer surface to which indicia may be applied. The sleeve may be formed from a blank scored with an one eighth inch spine and after folding is secured by tapes 15, 16. |
