PURPOSE:To enable to inspect the crossing angle for the warps and wefts during manufacture process, by observing the reflection light from the direction suitably set through the light beam scanned on textile. CONSTITUTION:Scanning is made for the light stop of z direction collected with the cylindrical lens 21 by moving the rotary mirror 22 toward y on the textile. The reflected light is collected on the photo electric element 24 from the carrying direction x of textile, that is, the warp direction 5. If the warps and the wefts cross each other with a slope, the scanning line 10 intersects the wefts 3a,3b,3c. Accordingly, the reflected light is increased at the cross points 11,12,13 and since the number of cross points is increased with greater crossing angle, the distortion in textile during textile process can automatically be inspected by counting the output pulses of the element 24. The discussion is made to the wefts for the objective of measurement, but the warps can be also be the objective. |
