PURPOSE:To form above-tilted sheet strips easily without use of cutlery by cutting a sheet into strips in advance. CONSTITUTION:A sheet 1 is fed to a roller 2, adhesive application roller 3, and press contact roller 4 and wound by a take-up roll 5. During this, the base cloth 1 is cut longitudinally by the tip edges of a plurality of cutters 6 fitted on the roller 2. The base cloth 1 proceeds in the state 1-2 consisting of plural long sheets 1-1 closely arranged in parallel, and fed with an adhesive in an adhesive tank 9 by an adhesive application roller 8. The sheet in the state 1-2 is backed with release paper 11 while proceeding between rollers 2 and 4, and cut up into a length L by a cutter 12. In this state, the sheet is formed with a layer 17 of an adhesive and abrasives on face A. |
