PURPOSE:To achieve large volume affixing simultaneously in a vacuum chamber, higher efficiency as well as higher quality and yield by providing upper and lower polarizing plate holding plates above and below panel guide plates provided with a multiplicity of positioning holes. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower polarizing plates 4, 14 are disposed on both sides of a liquid crystal panel 11 in such a configuration as to be opposed in the specified position and maintain clearances by being pushed up by springs 13a, 13b and pins 12a, 12b so as to have clearances of a and b and not contact unless certain external force is exerted. Positioning pins 9, 10 are erected on a base plate 8 so that the overall positioning such as of a pressure soft rubber plate 2 which also serves to hold the upper polarizing plate 4 as well as panel positioning holding plates 6a, 6b, pressure plate 1 and the positioning plate 5 of the lower polarizing plate at the presetting is made possible by these. Thereby, efficiency may be enhanced and the quality and yield enhanced. |
