Dustbin box to prevent overturning - has concrete base with angle iron uprights and wood cladding bolted together

The dustbin box holds a bin of approximately 110 litres capacity. It has a concrete base with four holes, four angle-iron uprights with iron plates and screwed bolts welded on, and four sts of wood cladding including door. The bolts can be welded to the iron plates. The design prevents capsizing of the bin in a strong wind, while being simple to construct and easily transportable.
