PURPOSE:To attain an effective pump performance, by changing the position of a valve stopper, controlling the time of opening of a feed valve and regulating the effective volume swept by a piston to supply oil. CONSTITUTION:An oil pressure chamber 3 and a feed port 26 are connected to each other for the time from the starting of ascent of a piston 21 to the closing of the valve 27 after the separation of the valve stopper 30 from the upper end face 20a of a cylinder 20. The pressurization of the oil is started when the valve 27 is closed. The discharged quantity of the pump is usually determined by the volume swept in the pressurization travel after the closing of the valve 27 because the volume of the oil swept by a piston 21 is equal to that of paint through a diaphragm 1. The position of the valve stopper 30 can be changed to regulate the pressurization travel to alter the maximum discharged quantity. Therefore, the discharged quantity can be optimized as to various specified levels of pressure. |
