PURPOSE:To enable to accurately take out only an article of good quality constructed regularly, by arranging the core bar on the table carrying out step rotation at first and supplying the parts at every each step and constructing inspecting the existence of the parts. CONSTITUTION:Rod piece sent from the feeder 35 by the chute 40, is inserted in the core bar by the step 1. Next, the above piece is sent to the step 2 by the rotating table 31 and regularly constructed or not is detected by the detecting apparatus 41 and then, control signal is given when it is not good. Then, the existence of the cup from the feeder 36 by the step 3, is detected by the detecting apparatus by the step 4 attached the above mentioned parts. Furthermore, spring is supplied by the step 5 and inserted spring is confirmed by the step 6 and then, is discharged by the spring 7 when it is not good. Moreover, counting is carried out by the step 8 and a good article is discharged by the step 9 and then, construction is completed by confirming the discharge by the step 10. |
